Extra battery
Have you or someone on your team ever experienced that a lamp burned out in any of the night stages on one of the big orienteering competitions? Not a very pleasant experience, right?
Since most of the lamps go out due to some fault in the battery, it is often not possible to resolve the problem in the forest, because of this many runners bring an extra flashlight or something similar to still be able to see what the map looks like and finish the run.
With LEDX backup battery you no longer have to worry about that, bring it with you and just plug it into the lamp and it will give you light for 90 minutes. The light gives around 400 lumen which is approximately what a Petzl Ultra provides at the most.
Note that the backup battery is optional and sold separately.
Bicycle helmet fitting
